MEET MIA

Originally from Germany I have been living in France for over 15 years and am currently based in Monaco and area where I work as a Yoga & Pilates Instructor and Health & Nutrition advisor.

I work and teach in English, French and German.

Through my own personal journey of body work (Ballet, Theatre, Pilates, Yoga) I developed a special interest in the importance of body-mind connection and how our emotions affect our health.

 The practices of Yoga and Meditation have helped me through my personal health issues and still help me everyday on my ongoing Health Journey. Health is not a destination, it is a direction we decide to take.

My personal experience, my education and the work with my clients and students have helped me develop my holistic approach to wellness and health which you can find in my Mia Method.

YOGA & PILATEs

I am a certified 500 E-RYT Yoga and Pilates teacher with many years of teaching experience and I believe in the intelligence of our bodies and the importance of the body-mind connection. I use Yoga and Meditation practices to help you find this body-mind awareness and to make your body more fit & more flexible all while learning to overcome the limitations of your mind. Pilates and body alignement exercises will help you get strong on a deep core level and improve your posture.

 

HEALTH & NUTRITION

As a certified Integrative Nutrition Expert, I can help you find balance in your life and on your plate. By approaching Health from a holistic perspective, we will create Intuitive Eating Habits so you can break free from Emotional Eating and feel empowered over your food choices. Together we will set realistic Health Goals and find ways to apply them to your individual Healthy Lifestyle.
